“For DJ-Kicks Radio on Worldwide FM, Juba will be catching up with past DJ-Kicks contributors, as well as artists on the DJ-Kicks radar, for in-depth chats and music.
For the penultimate DJ-Kicks Radio show, Juba is joined by Joe Goddard of the Mercury and Grammy nominated British ‘electro-pop’ band, Hot Chip. They reflect on Hot Chip’s 2007 DJ-Kicks entry, as well as the band’s influences, idiosyncratic style and Joe’s love for the craft. Joe Goddard finishes off the show with a guest mix, invoking the spirit of Hot Chip’s DJ-Kicks mix and showcasing a selection of his current favourite tracks.”

“!K7 Records is celebrating 25 years of DJ-Kicks mixes in 2020! To commemorate this, we’re very happy to present to you: DJ-Kicks Radio on Worldwide FM.
Throughout the year Juba will be catching up with past DJ-Kicks contributors, as well as artists on the DJ-Kicks radar, for in-depth chats, music and more.
DJ-Kicks Radio kicks off 2021 with special guest Kode9, DJ, artist, writer and head of the legendary label Hyperdub. As a champion of the capital’s music scene, they reflect on how the Glaswegian established himself in London’s musical ecosystem, the evolution of Hyperdub, his 2010 DJ-Kicks mix and more. The show closes off with a high octane 30 minute mix courtesy of Kode9, bursting full of almost exclusively unreleased and fresh new tracks from the man himself.”

“!K7 Records is celebrating 25 years of DJ-Kicks mixes in 2020! To commemorate this, we’re very happy to present to you: DJ-Kicks Radio on Worldwide FM.
Throughout the year Juba will be catching up with past DJ-Kicks contributors, as well as artists on the DJ-Kicks radar, for in-depth chats, music and more.
For the final DJ-Kicks Radio of the 25th anniversary year, Juba is joined by the man who has been bringing together the series for half a decade, Will Saul. Off the back of his own DJ-Kicks mix which came out in June 2014, Will Saul has been A&R for DJ-Kicks and !K7 Records alongside producing, DJing and running two labels, Aus Music and Simple Records. Juba and Will reflect on his work with !K7 Records, as well his own DJ-Kicks, the series’ legacy and more. The show also finishes off with a mix from Will Saul which evokes the original spirit of DJ-Kicks.”

For November’s episode of DJ-Kicks Radio, Juba is joined by Conducta the DJ, producer and label head of Kiwi Rekords, who is leading the charge for the resurgence of UK Garage. Throughout the course of the show Juba and Conducta discuss his musical trajectory, the current UKG wave, black ownership, his standout 2019 banger ‘Ladbroke Grove’ and more. Juba also plays exclusive tracks from the DJ-Kicks back catalogue and the show closes off with a master UKG dominated mix by Conducta himself.”
