Ok, it seems like BBC fucked up on the last Skream and Benga show. This is the real Future Stars show!
“Route 94, HannahWants & Subscape are in the mix as Skream & Benga’s 2014 Future Stars.
Route 94 used to produce music under the name Dream. His new moniker is taken from the name of a huge US highway. Last year he released some amazing music including the EP ‘Fly 4 Life’ and future smash ‘My Love (feat. Jess Glynne).
HannahWants is an incredibly exciting self-taught DJ from Birmingham. She’s been giving out free music for a while now, had some big releases in 2013 and has been working closely with Chris Lorenzo (AKA one half of Cause & Affect).
Subscape is a producer from the UK. He’s had releases on Dub Police & Subway, toured all over the US last year and his unique take on bass music should set him up nicely for 2014.”
