Felix Clary Weatherall rose to prominence through hazy, lo-fi EPs such as 2016’s You’ll Understand and 2018’s Aphelion that embraced woozy synths, twinkling melodies and nostalgic moods. After a remarkable few years, the London-based DJ, live act and producer now heads up his own label, Scarlet Tiger.
This RA Live, a recording from Resident Advisor’s RhythmiK stage at Brunch Electronik Festival in August, sees Weatherall delve into the higher tempos on his USB, playing tracks like 2023’s “The One,” which samples Skepta’s “I Spy,” and a rework of Madonna’s “Like A Prayer.””
