“Outkast rapper, actor and bona fide legend André Benjamin aka André 3000 guests on this special Jimi Hendrix-themed show. He plays the lead in the new Hendrix biopic ‘All Is By My Side’.
André is undoubtedly one of the most influential MCs of all time, and is responsible for beloved Outkast hits such as ‘Hey Ya’, ‘Ms Jackson’ and ‘Roses’. He is also famously shy and mysterious, so Mary Anne Hobbs is honoured to host him on the programme.
This has been a big year for André. With Outkast he has been headlining festivals across the world, including Coachella and Bestival. And October 24th sees the release of ‘All Is By My Side’, with André playing Jimi Hendrix fabulously.
