Ok. Just started downloading the new upload (2021-08-14 90s Trunk of Funk)
and sizewise it looks to be the same deal.
Strange why the Beeb choose to cut them up like this.
On the “2021-08-07 80s Trunk Of Funk” the cut-off was even abrupt
(not during a natural break in the action, but as mentioned, 2 min into a 30 min segment).

Ah, it seems like they split this show in three. The first part is only about 118min long while the other parts (which I havent posted yet) is 30 mins each.
