“Back again at the Kunst- und Ausstellungshalle, a renowned museum in Bonn, Germany, DJ Michael Marten played a three part set ranging from Disco to House to Chill Out. This is the first part of the live recording, where Marten picks up steam with tracks by The Groovers, Mokoa, Chance the Rapper, The Knocks & Captain Cuts as well as Cassara, Joey Negro and Shit Hot SoundSystem. Looking back at a busy year DJ Michael Marten came across a live recording he just had to share since it documents one of his 2017 highlights: Spinning tracks at Bonn’s Fabrik 45 to accompany an indoor flea market he got the opportunity to go latin and 90s – including some of his favorite tracks like “The Time Is Now” by Moloko or “Give It Up” by The Good Men. Add some recent tracks by Efdemin or Dimitri from Paris and you will end 2017 on a high note. Ready to take things to the next level in 2018!

After having provided much acclaimed DJ-sets for a popular event in his hometown and a renowned musicblog – both of which were multi-genre sets based on some of his alltime favorites – Marten now returns to house and disco for his latest mix.
