“An exclusive 30 minute mix from Sheffield born, Manchester based DJ and producer 96 Back to tie in with the No Bounds festival, followed by a 30 minute mix from Tom himself.
96 Back is the moniker of Evan Majumdar-Swift. He released his first EP ‘Provisional Electronics’ on CPU Records in 2018 when he was 18, which was quickly followed by his *debut* DJ set at the Boiler Room label showcase. He dropped his debut album ‘Excitable, Girl’ in 2019.
He’s released on releases on CPU, Hypercolour and Happy Skull, while also collaborating with Skee Mask, Happa and Special Request.
‘Love Letters, Nine Through Six’ is the third and final release in a trilogy of releases from 96 Back this year on Local Action, following March’s 9696 Dream mixtape and July’s Flex Time EP.
He plays at the ‘No Bounds’ festival which takes places across Sheffield 15-17 October, described as a weekend of music, art, technology and dancing. Artists include Aya playing live, Ben UFO, Helena Hauff, Konx-Om-Pax, Loraine James, Rian Treanor and Tim Reaper.”
