“It’s an absolute honour to be asked to record an Essential Mix, the pinnacle of all dj-mixes. In this mix I’ve wanted to showcase everything I’ve played in 15 years of being a dj and music fanatic. From the early beginnings, sounds that shaped me as an artist, to what inspires me now and everything in between and within the house spectrum.
The last couple of weeks I’ve spent countless hours finding the right tracks as there were too many to choose from. If I see a track title, I always remember where I first heard/ played it and who I was with if not alone somewhere on the world. Therefore certain tracks bring back memories that are very meaningful to me. It’s a wonderful thing that music does to people and I tried to capture all these memories in one mix. So here it is, my musical journey of 15 years in a 2 hour mix, hopefully you can catch the vibe :))
