“Nemone is joined by duo Ed Handley and Andy Turner AKA Plaid who are tonight’s Resident DJs, picking some of their favourite clubbing tunes. We’ve managed to catch them ahead of the release of their 10th album ‘Polymer’, due out on Warp Records next month. They say of the album: “The problems and benefits of polymers felt like good themes for this album. Their repetitious strength, endurance and troubling persistence, the natural versus the synthetic, silk and silicone, the significant effect they have on our lives.”
And in the final half hour, Toronto’s finest and Hot Creations stalwart Nathan Barato provides the themed mix. Following the release of his LP ‘Past Forward’ in March and featuring a who’s who of the underground House and Techno scenes – Wayne Tennant, DjeuhDjoah, Lieutenant Nicholson, Lost BOUL, NB76, Room 303, Kid Enigma, Mikey V. He’s the DJ’s DJ, renowned for not sticking to one genre, and we couldn’t be more excited to be bringing you this new mix. Expect him to be one of the standouts of Ibiza this year as well.”
