“Panda Bear, aka Noah Lennox, joins the party as Mary Anne’s guest … This is the man responsible for shaping a lot of the alternative music scene in the 21st century with his influential band Animal Collective.
Lennox was born in Baltimore, Maryland, although he now resides in Lisbon. With Animal Collective he has released nine staggering and varied albums, including Merriweather Post Pavillion. His 2007 solo album Person Pitch was named album of the decade by Pitchfork. On the 13th of January he releases his fifth solo record Panda Bear Meets The Grim Reaper via the Domino Recording Company.
Panda Bear is famous for his pioneering sampling practices, and he will be revealing some of the secrets of his studio to Mary Anne.
