Rune Reilly Kölsch is the half Danish, half Irish DJ and Producer who, as Rune RK, was behind the perennial Ibiza smash ‘Calabria’ (the single sold 4 million copies worldwide). But, being a long time lover of techno, he decided to set up an underground label called Tattoorecs in 2006, where he released music under the guise of ‘Ink & Needle’. More recently he’s been working under the ‘Kölsch’ moniker, putting out his debut album ‘1977’ on the influential Cologne based Kompakt Records in 2013.”
