This week Gilles re-plays session tracks from his shows with Kate Tempest, Melanie di Biasio & Andrew Ashong to celebrate the announcement of 6Music Live – a week of live sessions at Maida Vale hosted by Lauren Laverne running from Monday 6 – Friday 10 October.
This week’s Significant Album of the Week is the 1983 release from ESG – ‘Come Away with ESG’. Gilles selects three tracks from it and also plays new music from SBTRKT featuring Raury, Julio Bashmore and Caribou.”
