This week he picks George Harrison’s epic triple album All Things Must Pass. Released in 1970, it was the ex-Beatles’ third solo release and contains many songs he’d been stockpiling since 1966, that he hadn’t been able to get included on Beatles records.
Don was a keen fan of the Beatles and at one time owned one of the largest collections of Beatles memorabilia in the UK.
Don’s other selections cross time, space and genre as ever and include Lee Scratch Perry, Owen Pallett, Sun Ra and Russian Red.”
