“New show; Opening with the sounds of Dimlite remixing Dorian Concept, then we’re going to Canberra, Australia for the music of Brass Knuckle Brass Band, into the new Flako, and of course the Kendrick Lamar new album. I have a tune from Hiatus Kaiyote’s new album coming out in May, a great Max Graef remix for Andreya Triana, some rap music by Big Sean, Flatbush Zombies & Underachievers, new Cid Rim on Affine, exclusive LTGL, new Up High Collective and an upcoming Nikitch production. In hour 2 I have one of my favorite cuts on Action Bronson’s album, a nice session from french-cuban twins IBEYI, they’re signed to XL Recordings. New Lapalux on Brainfeeder, more jazz from STUFF and a beautiful tune coming out on Brownswood from Cuban singer Dayme Arocena. Kamasi Washington is coming with an album on Brainfeeder, from Kinshasa, Congo is Mbongwana Star, a great new band. Ending with a new cut from Linkwood.”
