Steve Lawler is a British house music DJ and producer, born in Birmingham in 1973, and is celebrated as one of the most influential figures in the global dance music scene. Nicknamed the “King of Space” due to his legendary residencies at Ibiza’s Space nightclub, Lawler has also held iconic residencies at The End in London and Twilo in New York. He is a five-time DJ Awards winner and founded the VIVa Music label, known for its cutting-edge house and techno releases. Lawler’s career took off in the mid-1990s, and he gained further acclaim with his “Lights Out” mix series and his “Dark Drums” compilations. His dynamic, high-energy sets and innovative productions have cemented his status as a pioneer in the electronic music world
