“Nemone is joined New York a DJ, singer and producer Anna Cavazos. With a number of releases on King Street Sounds and Double Cheese Records, Anna has also collaborated with the likes of Eli Escobar and Satoshi Tomeii and tonight she shares the sounds working her dance floor right now.
Plus upcoming West London DJ and producer O’Flynn provides the guest mix. His blend of percussive African-influenced House has seen him garner support from the likes of Four Tet, James Blake and Gilles Peterson over the years. He’s just released his debut album Aletheia on Judge Jules’ Silver Bear Recordings.”

“Nemone is joined by Berlin based DJ Dana Ruh for a very special mix. We’ve been playing Dana’s work for quite a while now on Ladyland so we’re very honoured she’s with you guys tonight to share some of the sounds she’s enjoying at the minute. Originally from Gera before becoming attracted to the bright lights of Germany’s capital city, she’s one of the scene’s greatest purveyors of Techno and House. And releasing music through Berghain label Ostgut Ton and collaborating with André Galluzzi seals the deal.
We’re also joined by Parisian producer, singer-songwriter Zilla, now better known as Zilla With Her Eyes Shut. Having started out on Matthew Herbert’s Accidental Recordings, and releasing an incredible remix package on Accidental Jnr back in July, we’re super excited to have her on the show selecting the tracks that are working her dancefloors at the minute. On the alteration to her name, she says: “I decided to add the epithet “with her eyes shut” because the music that I create revolves around the unconscious mind.””

“Nemone is joined by British duo Wayward, who share their “Breaks of Melancholy” mix. We’ve been enjoying much of their work this year, which started with the ‘Raval’ EP, released earlier this year on Rob Da Bank’s Silver Bear Recs imprint. They then also made an appearance on??? park hye jin’s ‘iwasalreadystronger’ mix, and that sealed the deal in asking the duo to a mix for Ladyland. They’ve also been releasing material through Fort Romeau’s Cin Cin Records and Australian based label Beats Of No Nation.
And, another British duo Psychemagik share the tunes that are working their dancefloors at the minute. They release their debut album ‘I Feel How This Night Should Look’ on 11th October and we’ve been completely obsessed with their mix compilations and remixes over the years, so this is going to be quite an exciting release. The only question we have really is…what took so long?”

“DJ extraordinaire Aurora Halal shares her mix based on a theme. She’s a producer, DJ and creator of Brooklyn’s Mutual Dreaming party series & the Sustain-Release festival, and has been at the forefront of the underground for some time. In terms of releasing music she’s been quiet of late, having only just followed up 2015’s almighty Shapeshifter EP this year with the track Liquiddity. We’re feeling that this is going to be a busy year for her, and this mix will be most pleasurable to your ears. She’s decided to call this one the ‘Warm Twilight’ mix.
Plus Brit producer and DJ Huxley shares the music that’s driving his dancefloors at the minute. Having remixed the likes of Basement Jaxx, Rudimental, Gorgon City and Stereo MCs, and collaborating with the likes of Roger Sanchez, and Roy Davis Jr means this guy doesn’t muck about. This is going to get serious.”

The legendary duo basically ARE Ibiza, and have been visiting the island for many years building audiences up, and chilling them out. British born, Austrian raised Cassy is in the mix. Another artist we’ve been dying to get on, finally the moment has arrived and she’ll share the sounds that showcase her incredible range. “Nemone hands the reigns over to Rob Luis to help celebrate 20 years of Tru Thoughts. Home to the likes of Quantic, Alice Russell and Nostalgia 77, Tru Thoughts have been a stalwart of the South Coast of England for the last twenty years. The label has released over 120 albums including Donobo’s debut LP Animal Magic which was Tru Thoughts first artist album. The label’s latest release comes from Tru Thoughts regular Quantic with his single Atlantic Oscillations coming out at the end of April this year. Rob Luis takes over the 6 music studio to talk about the music, the artists that have come through the label over the last two decades, and the creeds by which they still operate.”
