“A Swedish techno icon talks about the power of the dance floor.
Joel Mull is just one of a number of Swedish producers that helped make a name for the Stockholm scene in the mid-’90s. Cutting his teeth alongside artists like Adam Beyer and Cari Lekebusch, Mull defined a percussive sound that was distinct to his homeland. As we found out last month in Berlin, Mull’s belief in the power of electronic music to transport hasn’t been dulled a bit since his early days in the scene. In fact, it might be even stronger in 2011 than ever before. ”
