“Harry “Choo Choo” Romero is a house hero and both his solo releases and collaborative work on Subliminal with Erick Morillo shot him into the spotlight back in the 90s. Since then, the New Jersey native has been celebrated as a veteran of house music, spinning with a classic yet eclectic flavor.
More recently, the producer has flipped back to the forefront with releases on premium labels like OVUM, Suara, Defected and Circus and is now set to play a huge series of shows across the US, Europe and South America this year as well. Romero put out an EP on his Bambossa imprint earlier this month called ‘Be Free’, and is set to issue a collaboration with Gene Farris on Cajual.
Warming up Brooklyn this Thursday will be Deejay Premo, a dedicated house artist from the Tri-state area. With a decade of mixing under his belt, and a nine year residency at Pacha NYC, Preemo has shared the decks with some of the world’s most prolific producers.”
