Gilles Peterson Worldwide 2012-03-07 retrospective with jazz and world music sessions

“Gilles continues his retrospective shows and this week as he focuses on the exotic: world, tropical and jazz!
Gilles drops some of his favourite Maida Vale sessions from his time on Radio 1, touching on tracks from Robert Glasper, Seun Kuti, Meshell Ndegeocello, Dwele & Roy Hargrove. Plus, he dips into the labels that re-release hidden gems from around the world, such as Analog Africa, Soundway and Sofrito!
If that wasn’t enough, there’s also music from Seu Jorge, Skream, Femi featuring D’Angelo, and Quantic!”
