Can’t download this one, and haven’t been able to download last week’s either – uploaded.net just keeps on reloading the captcha, click on the street signs, click on the cars, the buses, and when I think it’s finally over, it just hits me with another batch.

I feel you. Still looking for an alternative, but no luck so far.

Have you tried another browser or turned off ad blocker?

Haven’t tried another browser and haven’t turned off ad blocker. I wonder if that helps at all.
I’m using JDownloader 2 (for download management) and the (re)captcha must be solved in the browser. It was easier a couple of months ago, when I just needed to write the letters I saw, hit enter and the download was started. Now it’s this picture selecting thing, which goes on forever. It’s not just with your posts and uploaded.net, it’s with almost everything I download (mainly uploaded.net, rapidgator, turbobit, etc.).
Rare are the links where things go smoother: suprafiles, mexashare, openload.

I think Recaptcha relies heavily on cookies. In my case, Firefox’s new anti-tracking features often lead to problems similar to the ones you describe. I need to “disable protection for this site” for almost any site that uses a captcha.
Of course, then there’s the other ones that won’t work even when trying them in three different browsers, because the web is broken from too many non-programmers abusing and overusing JavaScript where it doesn’t belong ?
Anyway, in the case of Uploaded, disabling the protection seems to have been enough.
