Don says, ‘I remember first seeing Placebo on TV back in ’96, and being struck by the whole androgynous thing, but I was much more interested in lead singer Brian Molko’s vocal style, his lyrics, subject matter and their particular take on what was a very guitar-driven sound. When they released this, their second album, I was a fully-fledged fan.’.”
